SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days. Shipping options include, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Federal Express 2nd Day Air, United Parcel Service (UPS).
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Services Priority Mail . Please allow up to seven (7) days for delivery of your order. Orders may be shipped for earlier delivery via Fedex or United Parcel Service (UPS). Please indicate preferred shipping method.
All private carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO – items that include any of these address items will be sent via U.S. Postal Service.
Separate shipping charges apply for each address.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We stand behind what we sell. We will gladly make an exchange or credit your account if you are dissatisfied with any of the products. All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval before a credit or exchange is issued.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must accompany any merchandise that is being returned or exchanged.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, will we issue a Return Authorization Number if the merchandise has been altered, damaged, installed, or otherwise changed by the customer or the customer’s agent, friend, or relative. It must be “like new” to qualify for AUTHORIZED RETURN.
Any merchandise damaged in transit, will have to be compensated by the carrier, and it will be the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim fro any damages or loss. WISH I WERE IN HAWAII will not refund any money to the customer UNTIL the carrier claim process is concluded and compensation is paid by said carrier. Therefore, although an RMA may be issued, if the product is not “like new” when it is received by Wish I Were In Hawaii, Inc., the full amount may not be reimbursed.

RETURNS
All returns require a return authorization number and must be made within 15 days from receipt of your package. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, based on the SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE even if the item to be authorized for return was purchased at a discounted price. Moreover, the dollar amount of the refund either paid out to a customer, or credited to a customer’s credit card account, will be figured as follows: Amount refunded will be equal to an amount actually paid to date for the item being returned, minus the 20% of the suggested retail selling price and the item must be received in “like new” or resaleable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. No return authorization will be issued for any item that is damaged, altered, used, and not in its original packaging.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be issued if merchandise is received in its original package and in resaleable condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning item(s) for exchange.
BACKORDERS
If we cannot fill or substitute an item, the customer may elect to wait for delivery of item or cancel the item. If the item has already been paid for, and delivery cannot be made, a credit will be issued for the purchase price plus appropriate sales tax. If the item is part of a larger order, the backordered or cancelled item will be deducted from the balance of the rest of the order. The remainder of items on that order will be delivered and payment of each item will be billed at the time of delivery or at the time shipment is made.
If we cannot deliver or install goods, or otherwise perform our obligations via agreement, within 90 (ninety) days of the approximate delivery date as specified in the Purchase Agreement, the customer will be notified as soon as we are made aware of the situation. The customer may elect to 1) wait for the delay of that item(s), 2) Choose a substitute and the difference in price will either be added or deducted to the total balance due or 3) Cancel that specific item(s) that is on backorder. If a backordered item is to be canceled by the customer due to excessive delay, only the purchase price plus appropriate sales taxes and shipping charges of that specific item will be deducted from the balance due for the rest of the order. The remainder of items on that order will be delivered as they become ready for delivery, and payment of each part/item(s) will be billed at the time of delivery or installation via Additional Deposit(s) due. |
